A Montreal community health clinic has come under fire for excluding men from their neonatal classes to accommodate the sensibilities of Muslim, Sihk and Hindu women.
Right on, Mario. For far to long this country has bent overbackwards for ungrateful bastards who come here, and then live off our socialist welfare/medical system, paid for by MY tax dollars. Then they scream racism or some such shit when somebody calls them on it. You come here, you damn well had better have a job and have learned passable English within 6 months, or your sorry ass is on the next boat back to whatever dictator run backwater you came from. And that includes all the hanger-ons you snuck pass our sorry Immigration system too.
ADQ Leader Mario Dumont said the prohibition exceeds the limits of common sense.
He said it's unreasonable that a Quebec taxpayer is barred from joining his pregnant girlfriend at a health clinic because his presence would offend others.
Religious and cultural accommodations in light of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms no longer makes sense, Mr. Dumont said ahead of a weekend convention of l'Action democratique du Quebec.
The only thing I can fault Mssr.Dumont on is his use of "common sense" and the "Charter" in the same article. Otherwise he has nailed it. Okay, maybe this was a little mis-understated also...“We are completely moving to misusing the Charter and that is starting to worry me.”
Moving?? We have been at total misuse of this piece of garbage since the day the lefties rammed it down our throats! Just look at the fag/lesbo marriage thing. The "Charter" states quite specifically that NO ONE can be persecuted or discriminated against for their religious beliefs. Yet the bumscrewers want to jail every priest, minister, and rabbi that refuse to "marry" them because it is against their religious beliefs.
It also states that "Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of the person and the right not to be deprived thereof except in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice." Unless of course you are any ordinary citizen wanting to hunt duck, or protect yourself from some thug.
And of course we have this little gem... Citizens of Canada
a) whose first language learned and still understood is that of the English or French linguistic minority population of the province in which they reside, or
b) who have received their primary school instruction in Canada in English or French and reside in a province where the language in which they received that instruction is the language of the English or French linguistic minority population of the province,have the right to have their children receive primary and secondary school instruction in that language in that province
Uhuh. Tell that to the minority Anglos in Queerbec trying to get their kid into English Kindergarten or Grade 1.
I could go on. In fact EVERY right or freedom stated in the piece of garbage called the "Charter" has been violated or totally abused already, thanks to the gutless leftie politicos of the last 13 years and their ass-kissing minions on the Supreme Court. Like the joke goes, what do you call a lawyer who has no understanding of the law and morals, and flunked the bar exam at least 3 times? A Supreme Court Judge.
Seems funny that somebody in Queerbec would finally get fed up enough to say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, but I guess it has got to start somwhere. I just pray it is no to late.

Hmmm... the charter... we all have the same rights...except when those rights disagree with the rights of others... so when ya boil it down... we have no rights at all!
It's never too late, Justthinkin. Conservatives standing up for themselves has to start somewhere. Mario seems to be off to a good start! Kudos for him. The prohibition not only exceeds the limits of common sense, it is blatant favoritism of the Muslim, Sihk and Hindu women, whom - in my opinion - can go have their babies in their home country and get the hell out of yours and mine if they don't like our customs. Who the hell invited them here in the first place? It sure wasn't you or me! Both the legal and illegal immigrants in both of our countries think they have the right to invade our countries and change our customs! Over my dead body, and if it comes to that, oh well... I won't go alone, I promise. I'm sick of the bs!
