Immigration lawyers are telling those fleeing the violence of Iraq that the best way to get into Canada is to make it here physically first, even if illegally.
I may be wrong, but don't lawyers take a vow to UPHOLD the law, not suborn illegal activities? This lawyer, Chantal Desloges, should be investigated and thrown in jail, NOW. "I don't want to hear about how you get here, but if you do, your chances of getting in are virtually 100 per cent," she said.
Well this is just wonderful. Number 1, the definition of a refugee is a person who owing to a well-founded fear of being persecuted for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group, or political opinion, is outside the country of his nationality, and is unable to or, owing to such fear, is unwilling to avail himself of the protection of that country, as defined by that part of the Useless Nations called the UNHCR. Good. But if such above person makes it Canada from Iraq, I guarantee you that they are terrorists. Why? They are the only one's who the ability to lay their hands on $5,000 US in the first place.
Number 2: 11. (1) A foreign national must, before entering Canada, apply to an officer for a visa or for any other document required by the regulations. The visa or document shall be issued if, following an examination, the officer is satisfied that the foreign national is not inadmissible and meets the requirements of this Act.
So, no tickey, no laundly. So how do you explain this...Mr. Al Neemey arrived at Pearson airport in July, 2001, with a fake British passport and $14 in his pocket. Seven months earlier, he had left Iraq and fled to Turkey, where he paid a smuggler $5,000 to get him to Canada.?? Simple.
Since 2003, Canada has also had in place a temporary suspension-of-removal order on Iraqi asylum seekers whose applications are rejected, in recognition of conditions in their home country.
So the socialists(Lieberals), in their infinite wisdom, have stated since 2003, NO CITIZEN from Iraq can be deported under ANY circumstance. Lovely. And we all know how well they keep tabs on these guys/gals. Just over 50,000 have disappeared to God only knows where while awaiting deportation, and that was BEFORE the suspension. Oh sorry. Forgot. Just check the ghettos in Tarwanna( we love Sharia law), Montreal (anything for Lieberal votes) and Vancouver (hug-a-thug and the trees).
Please note that any genuine refugee from Iraq, applying under all the laws and from outside the country has an almost zero chance of getting here. In 2005, of more than 3,000 LEGAL applications, fewer than 100 were accepted. And of those 3,000 applying, 99% where Iraqi Christians. UMMMMMMM.
So it basically comes down to this. The Useless Nations scream and hollar for more support for refugees, but in all of Europe, only the Swiss allow Iraqis. Guess if you're not a poor, down-trodden Palestinian Hamas supporter getting "genocided" by Israel, you don't count.
And why not Canada? After all, most of socialist Eastern Canada places a higher value on Islamofascism and its great religion than Canadian values. And the Islamofacists know they have Taliban Jack and the Lieberals support. After all, the Lieberals donate and attend known terrorist group's dinner parties. Let's import all the violence, crime, and prejudices complete with intolerance from the Middle East. Why is it that the neighboring countries do not want the refugees, even when sharing the same religion and culture that would make their assimilation so much easier? Dang, Justthinkin! I don't know much about Canada's laws, but you would think that this would be illegal. After all, she's advocating that people break the law. How she can get away with that is beyond me!
This really pisses me off. Because of a suck butt treaty between the US and Canada we can't have free movement of workers, and people between our two countries, but Islamo scum seem to roam freely amoungst many nations? ... that's just wrong, especially when you take into account they also move explosives freely ..... it's just plain sick.
Watch what you write on the internet you brain cell lacking puke. Chantal is my sister and has been involved with Amnesty International and stuff like this since she was 12. She works so hard to help those that need it, and she would not help someone who didnt deserve it. A lot of people in other countries really DO get a bad deal from their governments, and I wish people like you would open your minds and accept that other people although different, still have a right to live and choose where to live their lives happily. Canada is an amazing country. Maybe we should deport YOU.
